NEC3 is the National Engineering Contracts revision 3. This set of contracts are used in all major construction and engineering projects within the UK and also have been adopted globally as the best set of contracts for International construction. If you want to work on major developments then you NEED to know about NEC3 and the process and consistancy that it will bring to the table.
