Small Business Medical Savings Options


Small Businesses all over the United States have taken a hit financially due to Health Care Reform. As an Insurance Broker I’m a Fan of Obama Care, however I don’t agree with all measures of the law. One particular law that requires Small Businesses to provide health insurance to employees, I’m not a fan. Small Businesses with 50 or less employees are excluded. However businesses with 100 plus employees are required. The 100 plus group still has affects from the new law. As an Insurance Broker I hear and obtain frustration from the law. On the individual side private persons and families have options for financial subsidies; meaning Uncle Sam will contribute X amount of dollars to fund a health insurance plan, through the exchange based of income. That is great, but what about small businesses? Businesses of any size can access tax breaks. Lets be honest here, a small mom and pop shop or a company with 100 employees struggling financially aren’t so worried about Tax Time. Current busin
