In the United States, property law may be applied to encourage the free flow of exchange. Intellectual property law could be the only part of this which is the exact opposite. Instead, the goal of intellectual property laws are to encourage technologies, artistic expressions and inventions while promoting economic growth. The government has done this by putting laws in position to exclude others from using this kind of sort of property.
