Often I’m told Life Insurance is a waste. Surprisingly I’ve heard this from wealthy and not so wealthy folks. Either situation life insurance is important. I read a wealthy gentleman worth millions died. This man ran a huge corporation his wife inherited after his death. Due to her lack business skills, bad decisions, the company filed bankruptcy, which obviously disrupted her personal lifestyle. Forcing the widow to reside in an apartment, bye bye fancy mansion. Yet she uttered “we don’t need life insurance, we can afford a funeral.” Indeed paying for the funeral was simple.
