101 Canines Stroll the Green Carpet at First-Ever Disney Side Pet dogs Day at Magic Kingdom Park. As the sun rose over the Walt Disney World Resort, 101 artistically costumed canines and their owners walked the green carpet on Main Street, U.S.A., throughout our first-ever Disney Side Dogs Day at Magic Kingdom Park. Animal pet dogs dressed as Disney princesses, pirates and even Cruella de Vil were featured at the tail-wagging occasion, which included an unique doggy dance celebration in front of Cinderella Castle with your preferred Disney dogs like Pluto and Bolt. There was a special Program Your Disney Side outfit contest before Disney character Goofy began a first-of-its-kind canine stroll around a section of Magic Kingdom Park.
